Princeton Volleyball Falls To St. John's 3-2

JAMIACA, N.Y. - The Princeton women's volleyball team suffered its first loss of the season this afternoon, falling to St. John's 3-2 in the final match of the SJU Classic. The loss drops Princeton to 2-1 on the season while St. John's moves to 6-1.
Sophomore Kellie Cramm (Laguna Beach, Calif.) and junior Michelle Buffum (San Jose, Calif.) were named to the all-tournament team after their performances this weekend. Cramm led the team with 20 kills and added 13 digs against the Red Storm. Buffum finished with 15 kills and a team-leading 21 digs. Senior captain Ana Yoerg (Bloomfield, Mich.) also turned in a strong performance with 41 assists.
The Tigers return to action Fri-Sat., Sept. 14-15 when they travel to Washington, D.C. for the George Washington tournament.
