New York, N.Y. - Six Princeton runners finished in the top-25 as the Tigers captured IC4A University Division Championship title. Dan Mackenzie was the top Tiger finisher, crossing the line at 26:07.1 in fourth place. Princeton finished the meet with 61 points. Colgate finished second with 77. Last season, Princeton and Colgate shared the IC4A title.
David Silver finished in eighth place with a time of 26:16.4. Wayne Hopp finished in 11th place with a time of 2:22.7. Princeton's John Basler finished in 26:35.0, good for 15th place. Eric Beights took 23rd with a time of 26:59.7. Hugh Strange took 25th with a time of 27:04.3 and Gary Reinhard took 26th, crossing the finish line at 27:04.9
