Women's Track Competes at Lafayette Invitational

Lafayette, Pa. - Chelo Canino cleared 11'6" to take first place in the pole vault competition as the Tigers competed at the Leopard Invitational on Saturday, April 20. Princeton will compete at the Penn relays next weekend, with events starting on Thursday, April 25.
Princeton's Marian Bihrle placed third in the 1,500m with a time of 4:40.35 and teammate Holly Huffman placed sixth with a time of 4:45.56. Freshman, Chanel Lattimer finished fourth in the 400m, recording a time of 58.51.
Jennifer Byrd finished fourth in the 400IM with a time of 1:05.17 and Leslie Warren finished fourth in the 200m, crossing the line at 26.40 seconds. Betsy Kennedy's mark of 43.42m earned her a fourth place finish in the hammer throw.
