Esmeralda Negron's big junior year refuses to end.
Negron, who tied the Princeton record for goals in a season with 13, added yet another honor to her list when she was named a third-team All-America by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
A junior from Harrington Park, N.J., Negron was previously named a first-team Regional All-America, a first-team All-Ivy League selection and the Ivy League Player of the Year. She will enter her senior year in second place all-time at Princeton with 27 career goals and 60 career points.
Negron will be one of nine returning starters in 2004 for the Tigers, who went 11-3-3 and received an at-large bid to their fifth-straight NCAA tournament this fall.
