Radcliffe Tops Princeton In First Varsity Race; Tigers Take Three Races Overall

PRINCETON, N.J. - The Radcliffe open crew claimed the first victory over Princeton this year, topping the Tigers by 2.6 seconds at Lake Carnegie Saturday morning. Princeton would end the day with three wins in six races, which included Cornell and Wisconsin.
Princeton won the second varsity eight (7:10.2), the novice eight (7:26.4) and the Varsity 4B (8:17.9). Besides the win in the varsity eight, Radcliffe took the Varsity 4A race (8:08.9), while Cornell earned its lone victory in the second novice eight (7:46.2).
Princeton will travel to Yale next weekend to compete against the Bulldogs.
