Men's Cross Country Places Second at Lock Haven Invitational

Lock Havne, Pa. - The Princeton men's cross country team placed second this morning at the Lock Haven Invitational. The Tigers finished one spot behind West Virginia and were in front of Penn State, Lock Haven and Millersville.
Princeton's top individual finisher was Austin Smith, who completed the 8000 K course sixth overall in a time of 24:56.58, just ahead of teammate Tristan Colangelo who placed seventh. Jeff DiChiara was the third Tiger in the top 10 in ninth place with a time of 25:17.50.
Adam Ludwig (25:34.92, 16th), Eric Beights (25:35.96, 17th) and Wayne Hopp (25:45.57, 22nd) were also among Princeton's best finishers.
The Tigers compete next Saturday at the Paul Short Invitational at Lehigh.
