HAVERFORD, Pa. - Freshman Tim O'Neill finished in 10th place overall Tuesday afternoon as several members of the Princeton men's cross country team competed at the Haverford Invitational meet. Other participating schools at the event included Villanova, TCNJ, Elizabethtown, Swarthmore and host Haverford.
O'Neill finished the course in an even 20:00.
Four other Princeton athletes finished in the top 25 in the event. Sophomore John Charlesworth was 14th in 20:14, while Jeff Bryne was just a second behind in 15th. Junior Charles Ballew was 18th (20:17), while junior John Basler finished 23rd (20:21).
Villanova runners took the top four spots and seven of the top 10 positions in the event.
