Princeton Places Four on Field Hockey All-Region Team

Senior Paige Schmidt was one of four Princeton field hockey players to receive all-region honors from the National Field Hockey Coaches Association. Schmidt was named to the Mid-Atlantic Region's team for the fourth time in her career.
Schmidt scored nine goals and had five assists overall as a senior and won her third Ivy League Player of the Year Award. Schmidt was a second-team all-region choice as a freshman and received first-team honors as a sophomore, junior and senior.
Juniors Holly McGarvie and Sarah Reinprecht, along with sophomore Christina Bortz were named to the second team. Reinprecht has been a second-team selection for all three of her years at Princeton, while McGarvie was a first-team choice last year. Bortz received her first all-region selection.
