Catching Up with Men's Basketball Assistant Coach Tony Newsom

Princeton men's basketbal assistant coach Tony Newsom played point guard at Niagara and remains in the program's top 10 for career assists. Since then, he has coached at Siena, Holy Cross and Rider before coming to Princeton in 2004.
While at Holy Cross, Newsom helped the Crusaders to three NCAA Tournaments. Since coming to Princeton, Newsom has spent six years further developing the Princeton Offense under two Tiger alumni coaches, Joe Scott '87 and Sydney Johnson '97.
