Holyrood Park, Endinburgh (1/9/11) - Freshman Eddie Owens of the Princeton men's cross country team helped Team USA to a second-place finish at the Bupa Great Edinburgh Cross Country on Saturday, Jan. 7 in Holyrood Park, Endinburgh.
Owens was the second American across the line and the fourth runner overall, covering the 6k in 20:08. A total of 71 runners competed in the men's junior race.
The UK won the meet with 144 total points, with the US following at 196 and Europe Select third with 215 points.
