Women's Track Tackles Shuttle Hurdles, Triple and Javelin at Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA (4/25/14) - Fielding a shuttle hurdle relay for the first time since 1991, the Princeton women's track & field competing in the event on Day 2 of the Penn Relays.
Sophomore Taylor Morgan, senior Beth McKenna, freshman Allison Harris and sophomore Kerry Krause made up the relay that made the four 100-meter hurdle runs in 1:101.56.
Senior Imani Oliver finished 10th in the championship triple jump. She jumped to 12.54 (41-1.75) on her third jump after a foot fault on jump two. On her first attempt she reached 12.31. Oliver was two places out of advancing to the final for another three attempts.
Elsewhere in the middle of the track, senior Ashley Vandolah competed in the college javelin. She threw to 38.01 (124-8) to place 22nd.
The Tigers will compete in one final event at Penn Relays tomorrow, the women's Championship of America 4x800 at 4:10 p.m.
Princeton will also compete at the TCNJ Invitational tomorrow. Here is the Tigers line-up:
