Women's XC Finishes 12th at Home Meet

RESULTS
PRINCETON, N.J. (10/17/15) - The Princeton women's cross country team finished 12th at the Princeton Invitational led by senior Kathryn Little.
Princeton earned 276 points with Little being the first Tiger across the line at 22:05.5. Freshman Allie Klimkiewicz was one place back with a time of 22:07.6 Two more freshmen followed with Alie Fordyce clocking 22:53.8, and Taylor Bacon at 23:03.9. Sophomore Mallory Edens was the final scorer with a time of 23:17.1.
Penn won the meet with 71 points, followed by Guelph in second with 82 points and Pitt in third with 111. Temple's Blanca Fernandez won the individual race with a time of 20:58.5, with Guelph Katelyn Ayers two hundredths of a second.
The next time Princeton will wear bibs will be at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championship on Friday, Oct. 30 at Van Cortlandt Park.
