WHAT'S AT STAKE
• With a win over Penn on Saturday, Princeton would claim the Ivy title outright and earn the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
• By virtue of its win over Cornell last Saturday, the Tigers improved to 6-0 in the Ivy in 2015, ensuring at least a share of the conference title for the 11th-straight year and the 21st time in 22 seasons.
• Should Penn (13-2, 5-1 Ivy) prevail, the teams would share the Ivy title, but the Quakers would receive the Ivy's automatic NCAA Tournament bid by virtue of its victory in the head-to-head meeting.
• Under head coach Kristen Holmes-Winn, Princeton is 85-5 against the Ivy League.
• The Tigers only losses to conference opponents under the Holmes-Winn era have come to Dartmouth (2004, 2011), Cornell (2007), Penn (2004), and Columbia (2014).
SERIES HISTORY
• Princeton is 25-15-3 all-time against Penn with a 12-10-1 mark on the road.
• After dropping the inaugural match-up in 1973 (L, 3-1) and playing to a 1-1 draw the following season, Princeton earned its first-ever win over Penn in 1975, 5-0.
• Going just 3-13-2 against the Quakers from 1976-93, Princeton has won 20 of the last 21 meetings.
• Snapping a five-game skid to Penn in 1994, the Tigers secured a 2-1 decision that kicked off a run of 10-straight victories.
• After the Quakers took the 2004 meeting by a score of 2-1, Princeton has won each of the last 10 showdowns against their conference rivals.
LAST MEETING
