Women's Soccer Falls at No. 2 West Virginia, 3-0

Despite bringing a perfect record into Friday night's game at No. 2 West Virginia, the Princeton women's tennis team fell to the host Mountaineers 3-0.
WVU improved to 7-0-1, winning its seventh in a row, while the Tigers fell to 6-1.
The Mountaineers won the shot stat 20-9, making Tiger goalkeeper Natalie Grossi grab five saves while Princeton field players stopped two more on the goal line. Princeton had five shots on goal in the defeat.
Princeton stayed level until West Virginia's Alli Magaletta put in a rebound off a free kick in the 41st minute, and six minutes after the second half began, Sh'Nia Gordon found Michaela Abam with a crossing pass that Abam finished to make it 2-0.
WVU got its third goal in the 58th minute on an Ashley Lawrence penalty kick.
The Tigers will complete the road trip Sunday at noon at Duquesne. The Dukes, unbeaten in their last three games, defeated Akron 2-0 Friday night to improve to 3-2-2 on the season.
