PRINCETON, N.J. - The Princeton Tigers continue their road trip as they make the excursion to Hamden, Conn., to take on the Quinnipiac Bobcats at the TD Bank Sports Center on Saturday afternoon. Tip-off is scheduled for 1 p.m., with the game being streamed on ESPN3.
Before we take a look at the Quinnipiac matchup, let's take one last look at the Lafayette contest...
Â
Who's going To Score? – The Leopards were held to just 45 points on 18-of-54 shooting (33.3 percent) by Princeton. Lafayette had two players score in double figures in Natalie Kucowksi (14) and Anna Ptasinski (12) while Drew Freeland snagged nine points in the loss.
Â
Getting Buckets The Hard Way: Lafayette showed why it had one of the top defenses in the country (No. 12). Princeton tied its lowest shooting percentage of the season at 33.3 percent. The Tigers' 18 baskets were its lowest of the year. However, Princeton's All-Ivy players from 2016 led the way. Bella Alarie registered her 11th career double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds. She also swatted six shots, one shy of her personal best. Leslie Robinson had a team-high 15 points along with seven rebounds, five assists and tied her career high with five steals in victory.
Â
Natalie Kucowski – The freshman posted a double-double with 14 points and a game-high 15 rebounds. In the first half, Princeton held her to one bucket and just four points as it raced out to a 10-point halftime lead.
Â

Her week started with an impressive performance against Dayton as she tied her career-high with 24 points, while adding 13 rebounds. The senior also went for 22 points, nine rebounds and three blocks over Richmond. She leads the team with 13.3 points per game.
Â
