Balanced Attack Powers Princeton Past Dartmouth; Tigers Head To Harvard Saturday

Devon Peterkin led a balanced offensive attack with 12 kills, while the middle duo of Clare Lenihan and Caroline Sklaver added eight kills apiece, to keep Princeton atop the Ivy League standings (4-0) with a 3-0 win at Dartmouth. The Tigers will head into Saturday's showdown at Harvard (5 pm, ESPN+) in a first-place tie with Cornell, which rallied out of a 2-0 deficit to claim a 3-2 win at Brown.

Princeton (11-4) has now won seven of its last eight matches, including Friday's 25-18, 25-16, 25-17 victory in Hanover. The Tigers hit .317 against the top-blocking team in the Ivy League, with both Sklaver and Lenihan hitting at least .400. Reigning Ivy League Player of the Week Maggie O'Connell added eight kills and a block, while Alexa Underwood had six kills and 12 digs. Junior setter Jessie Harris paced the offense with 40 assists, while freshman libero Cameron Dames led Princeton with 15 digs.

Princeton is now 2-0 on the road in Ivy League play this season, and it will now take on a Harvard team that won its Ivy home opener Friday, a 3-0 victory over Penn.
