Three rounds on Florida State's home course await the Princeton women's golf team this weekend at the Florida State Match-Up tournament.
The Tigers will battle a challenging field that includes nine teams in Golfweek's top 100 to end the fall season, headed by sixth-ranked South Carolina and 11th-ranked Michigan State. Along with the Tigers, host FSU and fellow Ivy Columbia, the rest of the 12-team field includes Coastal Carolina, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Notre Dame, Princeton, Texas A&M and Virginia.
The Don Veller Seminole Golf Course and Club will play 6,212 yards for the event with a par of 72. Live scoring will be available here via Golfstat. The tournament will run Friday and Saturday instead of the originally scheduled Friday through Sunday, with 36 holes Friday and 18 Saturday. Friday will have an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start with the second round starting at 1 p.m. Saturday's start time is still to be determined.
It'll be Princeton's first trip to Florida since winning the Ivy League Championships by 31 strokes last April. The tournament is one of three prior to the Ivy League Championships and last before the Tigers head to Louisiana for the LSU Tiger Golf Classic March 23-25.
