The Ivy Plus Invitational returns to the Lenz Tennis Center and Jadwin Gym this weekend with several ITA-ranked players from around the country set to compete.
Draws are available here, and results will be added there as play goes on.
"We're excited to welcome a variety of strong teams and players to the Ivy Plus this weekend," Princeton coach Billy Pate said. "I think this is the best field we've had and we're looking forward to some high quality tennis being played this weekend. It's a testament to the strength of Ivy League tennis that we are able to attract such a strong field. It will be a great opportunity for our players."
Play will begin at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday with two rounds of doubles and one round of singles set for Friday, two rounds of singles set for Saturday, and one round of each Sunday. Should the weekend be rain-free, Jadwin's indoor courts will only be used Saturday while most of the competition will still take place outside.
All eight of the Ivy programs are sending players, along with Alabama, Buffalo, Illinois, LSU, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, St. John's, Texas, Tulsa and Wisconsin.
The ranked players in the draws include: No. 3 Mazen Osama of Alabama, No. 50 Alex Brown of Illinois, No. 75 Charlie Broom of Dartmouth, No. 110 Jack Mingjie Lin of Columbia, No. 119 David Horneffer of Dartmouth, and No. 120 Kyle Mautner of Penn. All the ranked players are in the Tiger draw except Horneffer, who is in the Lenz draw. No. 8 Lin and William Matheson of Columbia, No. 21 Broom and Horneffer of Dartmouth, and No. 25 Brown and Caleb Chakravathi of Illinois are all in the Orange doubles draw.
