Shutout Leader Grossi Earns Final Ivy Weekly Honor

Natalie Grossi's Ivy record-extending 31st career shutout was her final as a Tiger, and it has earned her the Ivy League Player of the Week honor.
Grossi stopped five shots to help Princeton beat Penn 1-0 in Saturday's finale in Philadelphia, giving Princeton a 302-minute shutout streak to close the season with Grossi in goal for 167 of those minutes.
The honor is the fourth weekly recognition of Grossi's career, along with an Ivy Rookie of the Week honor on Sept 5, 2016 and Ivy Player of the Week honors on Sept. 4, 2017 and earlier this season on Sept. 9.
The shutout helped Princeton close the season on a three-match winning streak to finish with a winning record for the eighth consecutive year.
