PRs a Plenty for Princeton at Raleigh Relays

Results
Sophomore Sophie Cantine highlighted the Tigers performances at the Raleigh Relays this weekend at NC State.
Cantine ran the fastest time out of the three Princeton competitors in the 1500. She clocked a PR of 4:22.29 putting her in eighth place on the all-time Princeton top-10 list. The time was nearly six seconds faster than her previous 1500 time from the Florida Relays this time last year.
Senior Alie Foryce also clocked a PR shaving nearly two seconds off her previous best with a 4:23.76. Freshman Gillian Wagner posted a 4:26.06 in her first time running the event outdoors.
All three Tigers finished in the top 25 out of 154 that ran in the 1500 meters.
A week after posting a PR and the ninth best time in Princeton history in the steeplechase, senior Allie Klimkiewicz put up another PR, this time in the 5k. Her time of 16:24.77 bested her previous time of 16:30.06. Klimkiewicz was third at Ivy Heps in the this event with a 16:32.24 just a month ago.
Senior Madison Offstein had a huge PR in the 5k as she ran under 16 minutes for the first time in her career, with a 16:47.11, crushing her previous best of 17:19.99.
Sophomore Melia Chittenden had a time of 16:48.19 and freshman Peyton Brown had a 17:16.26.
Running in her first outdoor 10k, senior Mim Buscher took 12th place as she posted a time of 35:57.24.
Sophomore Rylie Pease who set the event record one week ago at North Florida with a 48.01, was sixth this afternoon. She had her best throw in the first round, hitting 44.35 (145-6). Freshman Emily Wilson had a throw of 31.69.
