The Princeton men's track & field and cross country teams are pleased to present their incoming recruiting class of 14, the Class of 2023.

A member of the U18 Canadian national team, Ibrahim holds the school records in both the 100 and 200.

An eight-time Mercer County champion, Paul was named first-team all-state in 2019 and was the Penn Relays Top American in the discus. He holds the school records in both the discus and shot put. He was twice named the New Jersey Group 4 state champion in the discus and won the Meet of Champions in 2019 with a 186-10. In 2018 he was third at the Meet of Champions in the event. Paul also played football.

The Meet of Champions record holder in the 400 meters, Andersen was a four-time first-team all-league selection in the event. He clocked a 48.40 to take second place at the indoor state championships in 2019. Andersen competed at the 2019 New Balance Indoor Nationals, placing seventh in the 4x400. He holds school records in both the 200 and 400.

A three-time Arkansas Gatorade Player of the Year in cross country and one time in track, Camren is a two-time Footlocker All-American. He earned all-state in cross country five times, winning the state and conference championship three times each. A two-time Nike Cross Nationals qualifier, and Footlocker Cross Country Championship qualifier, he also competed at the Brooks PR Invitational. Camren holds four state records and five school records. He was a three-time state champion in the 1600 and 3200 and won two state titles in the 800.

A 2019 New Balance Outdoor National All-American, Sebastian placed fourth in the 4xmile relay and holds the school record with a 17:28.82. He was seventh in the 1600 at the state meet and was league champion in both the 1600 and 3200. Sebastian was named all-California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) southern section in cross country in 2018 and was the CIF-SS runner-up in the 1600.

Klaudio competed at the European U18 Championships in 2016 and the U20 Championships in 2017. This past year he competed at the World IAAF U20 Championships in Tampere, Finland. He ran the lead-off leg of 46.7 for the gold-medal winning team, Italy, at the World Junior Championships.

Pole Vault: 17-5
Represented Norway at the European U18 Championships in Hungary in 2018 and will represent the country at the U20 Championships next week in Sweden. Simen won both the Norwegian U18 and U20 championships in the pole vault, in 2018 and 2019. He was third at the national indoor championships this past winter with a 5.10, after taking fourth in 2017. He recorded a PR of 5.30 in the pole vault at the Mannheim Juniors Gala in June 2019.

Zach competed in three state championships in the javelin taking fifth as a sophomore (167), second as a junior (181) and winning as a senior (188-10). He was a part of four team state championships with Albuquerque Academy. Zach also competed in football and swimming and claimed two more state championships with the swim team.

A 2018 All-America in cross country, Connor earned all-West Coast and all-state honors this past fall. He was the conference champion in both 2018 and 2017 and was sixth at the California D2 Cross Country championships in 2018. He competed at the Footlocker/New Balance Cross Country Nationals and as well as the New Balance Outdoor Track Nationals in 2018. He was runner-up in the league in the 3200 this spring after taking third a year before and went on to place sixth at states. Connor also holds the school record in the DMR at 10:16.22.

A three-time state champion in cross country, Connor was a first-team all-state selection three times and a second-team selection one. He was named the Delaware Gatorade Player of th Year three straight years, holds the state record and was a Footlocker Finalist. He was the Delaware Gatorade Player of the Year in track in 2018 when he was second in the 5k at the Indoor Track Nationals and was second in the two-mile at Outdoor Track Nationals. Connor holds school record in the 3200, 3000, 1600, 800 and the school and state records in the 5k (XC) and 4k (XC). This past year he won four state titles (Indoor 1600, Indoor 3200, Outdoor 1600, Outdoor 3200) and was second in the 800. Connor is also a nationally ranked tennis player, reaching No. 14 in the nation in the 14-and-younger category.

A four-time MVP on the Sunset Track & Field team and two-time MVP on cross country, Ethan was also the Sunset High School Senior Athlete of the Year. He was a four-time all-metro league scholar-athlete and the Multnomah Athletic Club Scholar Athlete, winning the 2019 Jerry Pflug Award. At the 2019 Brooks PR, Ethan was fifth in the 800 with a 1:51.98. He holds the school records in both the 800 and the mile. A two-time Oregon6A Champion in the 800, he was also the 2018 Oregon 6A XC champion. He claimed two metro league 800 championships and was the 2018 league cross country champion.

Jack competed at the 2019 New Balance Indoor Nationals and Outdoor Nationals, earning all-county honors twice in each season. He holds three school records and was the state runner-up in both the indoor 1600 and the outdoor 3200.

A six-time OFSAA (Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations) medalist, Josh was the runner-up at the 2017 U18 National Cross Country Championships. He was also the runner-up at the 2016 U16 Nationals in the 1200 meters and was third in the 2017 U18 Nationals in the 1500. He holds six school records and two conference records in the 3000. This past year he was the West Regionals Senior (Grade 11 &12) Boys Track runner-up in the 1500 at 4:00.98 and the 3000 at 8:49.29 after winning both events at the WOSSAA (Western Ontario Secondary Schools Athletic Association) Senior Championship. Josh also competed in Nordic skiing and hockey.
