CSA Team Tournament Bracket
Seventh-ranked Drexel will be Princeton's first opponent when the CSA team championships open Friday at Yale.
The second-ranked Tigers will meet the Dragons in a 12:30 p.m. Howe Cup quarterfinal. The teams met on Nov. 24 in a 7-2 Princeton win at Jadwin.
Saturday, the Tigers will return for either a 3:30 p.m. semifinal match or a 12:30 p.m. consolation against either third-ranked Yale or sixth-ranked Stanford.
Sunday, Princeton will complete in a final match, with the main-draw final set for 2:45 p.m., the third-place or fifth-place matches set for 11:30 a.m., or the seventh-place match set for 9 a.m. Top-seeded Harvard, eighth-seeded Columbia, fourth-seeded Trinity and fifth-seeded Penn are in the other half of the bracket. Princeton defeated six of the other seven teams in the draw during the regular season with the lone loss to Harvard, and by a 5-4 score.
Princeton finished fourth at the event last year, beating Columbia in the quarters before falling to Trinity and then Stanford. The Tigers will be looking for their first Howe Cup title since the last of three straight in 2009.
