Devin Cannady '20 Named NBA G League Finals MVP

ORLANDO, Fla. – Led by Finals MVP Devin Cannady '20, the Lakeland Magic were crowned NBA G League champions Thursday night after defeating the Delaware Blue Coats 97-78 inside AdventHealth Arena.
Cannady, the first undrafted G League Finals MVP, had a game-high 22 points on 9-for-17 shooting from the field and 4-for-9 shooting from three along with six rebounds and four assists.
The Magic earned a 108-96 victory over the Santa Cruz Warriors in the semifinals on Tuesday, March 9. Prior to that, they defeated the Erie Bayhawks 139-110 in the quarterfinals on Monday, March 8.
