Men’s Track & Field to Compete at Fast Times Before Finals

PRINCETON, N.J. – After opening its season at the Princeton Invitational last Sunday, the Princeton University men's track & field team is set to compete at Fast Times Before Finals on the campus of Rowan University on Saturday, May 1.

The meet is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. inside Coach Richard Wackar Stadium. Student-athletes from Monmouth University, Lincoln University (Pa.), The College of New Jersey, Ramapo College, Delaware Valley University, Wilmington University (Del.), Jefferson University (Pa.), The College of Staten Island and the University of Valley Forge will also be attending.

Last Time Out
The Tigers had a strong season opener in their first outdoor meet since the 2018-19 season, earning three marks inside the school's all-time top-10 list.

Daniel Duncan had a collegiate debut to remember as he earned a pair of top-10 marks. In the He finished the 200 in 21.20, fifth all-time in school history and the 100 in 10.61, the ninth-fastest time in school history,

In the hammer throw, William Cauley's mark of 59.46 meters was the 10^th-furthest in school history.

Along with Cauley in the throws, Ladislav Töpfer and William Doyle made their collegiate debuts in the 400 while Ethan Reese, Jordan Kaplan, Joe Fast, Jack Kenkel and Nathan Tavakolian made theirs in the 800.
