Open Rowing Travels To Philadelphia For Dad Vail Regatta

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Women's Open Rowing Team heads back to Philadelphia and the Schuylkill River to take part in the Dad Vail Regatta. Head coach Lori Dauphiny's squad has five boats racing on Saturday.
Princeton's 2X boat gets the racing underway at 9:42 a.m. in its heat with its final at 2:04 p.m. The Tigers have two 4+ boats in a heat at 10:48 a.m. The top three advance to the Grand Final with a chance for the Margaret McNiff Trophy at 4:04 p.m. Dauphiny's team also a single scull boat racing at 1 p.m., along with a pair going off at 1:16 p.m.
The Tigers started their season on Apr. 24 on the same river with an impressive performance over the Drexel Dragons. Princeton followed that with races vs. Rutgers and Syracuse last Sunday before a contest vs. Temple.
As a reminder, no spectators are allowed at the Dad Vail Regatta. Fans can watch the races at Dadvail.org.
