Tordin Earns Top Drawer Soccer National Honor

After leading the Princeton women's soccer team in goals and points as a rookie and earning Ivy League Rookie of the Year honors, Pietra Tordin has earned recognition on Top Drawer Soccer's national Best XI for freshmen.
Tordin finished as the first freshman to lead Princeton in goals or points since 2013, when Tyler Lussi '17 also did both. Scoring eight goals and adding three assists for 19 points on the season, Tordin earned recognition as a second-team All-Ivy League honoree and third-team United Soccer Coaches all-region to go with her Ivy Rookie of the Year honor. While playing in all 17 games on the season, Tordin made nine starts, including in six of the team's last seven games.Â
