Volker '19 and Team USA Sit 13th After Day One Of The Olympic Four-Man Bobsled Event

BEJING – Charlie Volker '19 and his Team USA four-man bobsled team sit in 13th place after two heats.

The quad of Volker '19, Hunter Church, Josh Williamson and Kristopher Horn were 11th after their first run (58.91). The team's second heat was 59.70, good for 19th fastest. Overall, that group has a time of 1:58.61, just in front of another United States team.

Volker's group runs in heat three on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. The top 20 qualify for the final heat which is right after the third run.
