Women's Water Polo Crushes Mt. St. Mary's, 22-8

Emmitsburg, Md. – The Princeton Tigers easily disposed the Mt. St. Mary's Mountaineers, 22-8, on Friday evening.
Head coach Derek Ellingson's squad's 22 goals are the most since it registered 22 against Cornell in March of 1998.
The Tigers started off quickly with 10 goals in the first quarter and led 11-5 at halftime. Princeton began the second half with a 5-1 push to go ahead by 10, 16-6, and were not threatened the rest of the way.
Kaila Carroll led the team with six goals while Jovana Sekulic added four. Carroll's six tallies are the most since Amy Castellano put up a double hat trick in February of 2020. Princeton continues its CWPA weekend with a trip to Bucknell tomorrow (1:30 p.m.).
