Raunak Khosla Honored as High Point Swimmer, Tigers Finish Second at Ivy Championships

PRINCETON, N.J. – On a night that saw Raunak Khosla named High Point Swimmer of the Meet, the Princeton University men's swimming & diving team earned a second-place finish at the 2022 Ivy League Swimming & Diving Championships, Saturday night inside DeNunzio Pool.
The Tigers earned their second-place finish with 1492 points, narrowly trailing Harvard, who finished with 1596 points.
Khosla earned 96 points, and won titles in the 200 IM, 400 IM, and 200 butterfly. He was not the only Tiger to earn a major individual honor, as Colten Young was honored as the Career High Point Diver.
1650 Freestyle
Dylan Porges finished fourth with an NCAA B cut time of 15:05.71, while John Ehling also earned an NCAA B cut and finished sixth, in 15:08.73.
200 Backstroke
Brett Feyerick earned a fifth-place finish and NCAA B cut, with a time of 1:44.09, and Billy Swartwout finished 11th after touching the wall at 1:45.39.
100 Freestyle
Max Walther touched the wall at 42.89, setting a new school record, finishing third and earning an NCAA B cut. He topped the previous record of 43.05, set in 2016 by En-Wei Hu-Van Wright. Jonathan Pollock finished 11th with a time of 44.50, Joshua Brown 13th in 44.57, Adell Sabovic 13th in 44.57, and Max Hunger 20th in 45.00.
200 Breaststroke
With an NCAA B cut time of 1:56.57, Brian Lou finished seventh.
200 Butterfly
Khosla added his third individual title of the meet, touching the wall at an NCAA B cut time of 1:41.50. He topped his Ivy League and school record of 1:42.05 set in 2019, and the pool record of 1:42.60.
Max Kreidl earned a second-place finish in the event, clocking in at 1:43.52 and earning an NCAA B cut, and Nicholas Lim took fifth with an NCAA B cut time of 1:45.30. Peyton Werner clocked in at 1:46.96 to finish 13th
3-Meter Diving
The Tigers had a strong showing on the three-meter board; Young finished second with a score of 379.50, Joe Victor third with a 336.60, Griffin Brooks fourth with a 335.55, Taso Callanan seventh with a 319.10, and George Callanan ninth with a 357.80.
400 Freestyle Relay
The team of Lou, Walther, Lim, and Khsola finished second, and earned an NCAA B cut with a time of 2:52.08.
