While at Princeton, Negron scored 47 goals and 112 points, which lasted as program records until Tyler Lussi '17, who has gone on to a career in the National Women's Soccer League, broke them in 2016. Negron's 20 goals and 52 points, from the 2004 season that saw Princeton advance to the NCAA College Cup semifinals, remain the program's standard.
Negron earned Ivy League Player of the Year honors in 2003 and 2004 while finishing as a three-time first-team All-Ivy honoree. Negron twice earned NSCAA All-America honors, taking third-team recognition in 2003 and first-team honors in 2004.
