Princeton, N.J. — Princeton continues its Ivy League slate as it welcomes Harvard to Clarke Field for a three-game set this weekend. The series begins with a doubleheader on Saturday, April 23 at 11:30 a.m. and will conclude with the series finale on Sunday, April 24 at noon.
The Tigers roll into the series after earning its first win over a ranked opponent since 2017 with a 9-7 victory against eighth-ranked Rutgers on Wednesday. The victory improved Princeton to 5-24 on the season. The Tigers are 2-10 in Ivy play.
Matt Scannell enters the weekend in fine form after going 2-for-5 with a home run and four RBI against Rutgers. He and Nadir Lewis lead the team and rank fifth in the Ivy League with 31 RBI this season.
