Princeton Women's Lightweight Rowing Races at Dad Vail Regatta This Weekend

PHILADELPHIA – The No. 1 Princeton Women's Lightweight Rowing team will race in the Dad Vail Regatta this weekend on the Schuylkill River.
The Tigers begin with their B and C boats in the 4+ 8:18 a.m. time trial. If they both finish in the top two, the semifinal is set for 3:24 p.m.
The 2x boat will get underway at 9:36 a.m. If the Tigers are in the top two, the semifinal will go off at 3:48 p.m.
Princeton's A 4+ boat races at 11:18 a.m. while the semifinal is at 4:36 p.m.
The Tigers' V8 gets underway at 12:18 p.m. as the Grand Final will take place on Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
Grand Finals are on Saturday …
B and C Boat 4+ – 12:40 p.m.
2X – 1:20 p.m.
A Boat – 4+ - 3:10 p.m.
V8 – 4:30 p.m.
Princeton last raced at the Eastern Sprints to begin the month of May, securing two gold medals and the overall team points trophy.
The 1V raced out to almost a five-second victory (6:32.76) over Georgetown (6:37.26). Harvard, BU and Wisconsin followed the Hoyas. It was the first time that Princeton has won consecutive golds since 2002-03. It was also the fourth straight Sprints with a medal for the Tigers. The 1V has won each of its races by at least four seconds.
