Women’s Track and Field Gets Set for Princeton Elite Invitational

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University women's track and field team will compete in the Princeton Elite Invitational on Saturday, May 14 at 1:00 p.m. inside Weaver Stadium.
Princeton finished third at this year's outdoor Heps, with only four points separating the Tigers and Ivy League Champion Penn Quakers. The orange and black won four event championships, and set three new school records.
Kate Joyce was named Most Outstanding Field Performer of the meet, after setting new Ivy League, Princeton, and Heps meet records with a mark of 51.96 meters in the javelin. Additionally, nine members of the women's track and field team received All-Ivy League honors.
