Ivy League Outdoor Championships Await Women’s Track and Field

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – This year's runner-up in both cross country and indoor track, the Princeton University women's track and field team aims to cap off a successful season with an Ivy League Outdoor Championship. Competition begins at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 7th at the Cuyler Athletic Complex and Dwyer Track on the campus of Yale University.
At the 2019 Ivy League Outdoor Championships, the Tigers finished fourth overall. In addition to winning an Ivy League title in the discus, Obiageri Amaechi was named Most Outstanding Field Performer of the meet. Additionally, Rylie Pease secured an Ivy League title in the javelin.
In their most recent outing, Princeton secured ten top-10 finishes. Four at West Point Twilight and three each at the Penn Relays and TCNJ Outdoor Invitational.
