No. 6 Men's Water Polo Finishes Trip At Santa Clara Invite

SANTA CLARA – The No. 6 Princeton Men's Water Polo Team wraps up its West Coast Trip at the Santa Clara Invitational this weekend.
Princeton will take on No. 15 Pacific (2:20 p.m., 11:20 a.m. PT) and No. 14 San Jose State (7:40 p.m., 4:40 p.m. PT) Friday along with No. 4 Pepperdine (1:40 p.m., 10:40 a.m. PT) and Fresno Pacific (5:40 p.m., 2:40 p.m. PT) Saturday.
The Tigers opened the Fall Break campaign, earning a 11-9 victory over No. 9 UC Irvine last Sunday. They followed that with a 11-10 overtime decision over No. 10 UC Santa Barbara before a 12-10 loss on national television to No. 1 UCLA.
Roko Pozaric paces the Tigers with 50 goals this season and has 180 career tallies and 109 assists. He's one of only four players in program history to reach those milestones (Keller Maloney, Matt Payne, Jordan Colina).
Vladan Mitrovic, fresh off four goals last night at UCLA, is second on the squad with 36 goals this season which is a new career high for him. George Caras is third on the unit with 32 tallies while JP Ohl (25), Yurian Quinones (22), Pierce Maloney (20), Finn LeSieur (20), Logan McCarroll (19), Mason Killion (16) and William Swart (14) each have at least 10+ goals for Princeton.
Head coach Dustin Litvak's is 18-3 this season with nine victories over ranked foes. The Tigers have registered at least 10 goals in 19 of 21 games this season.
