Princeton Men's Cross Country Secures 24th Ivy Heps Championship

BOSTON, Mass. - The Princeton men's cross country team won its 24th Ivy League Cross Country Championship this Saturday in Boston, Massachusetts.
Nicholas Bentsen was the top finisher for Princeton, placing 4th and earning him First-Team All-Ivy honors with a time of 24:08.5. Jarrett Kirk, Connor Nisbet, Anthony Monte, and Daniel O'Brien were the four Tigers honored as Second-Team All-Ivy runners.
The Princeton Tigers proved victorious, knocking off the seventh ranked Harvard Crimson at their own home course in this year's 8k. The Princeton Tigers claimed the top position in the race at Franklin Park.
"I'm so proud of the effort from all our guys this weekend," said head coach Jason Vigilante. "this championship is a testament to the dedication and hard work mentality of each and everyone on the team. As a coach, I couldn't be happier with the outcome."
