No. 16 Men's Cross Country Set to Compete at Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships

PRINCETON, NJ - The No. 16 ranked Princeton men's cross country team will be competing in the Mid-Atlantic Regional championship race. This year's 10-kilometer race is officially set to begin at 1:00 p.m. and will be hosted at the Goodman Campus Cross Country Course in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
The Tigers are hot off of their win at the Ivy Heptagonal Cross Country Championships two weeks ago led by Nicholas Bendtsen and Jarrett Kirk, who were both awarded First-Team All-Ivy honors.
The week 5 USTFCCCA NCAA Division I Men's Cross Country National Coaches' Poll has the Tigers at No. 16 nationally and at the No. 2 spot in the Mid-Atlantic region, just one place behind No.1 Villanova.
The NCAA cross country championships at the University of Virginia on November 18th this year grants automatic bids to the top two teams from each region. Additionally, the first four finishers from each region, excluding automatic qualifiers, also earn a spot. A strong showing at the regional level is essential to progress towards the national title.
At last year's, Mid-Atlantic Regionals, The Tigers finished third as a team, and were selected to the men's at-large team in the 2022 NCAA Championships.
Admission
Adults $10 and $5 for children and students. Spectator Parking Fee is $10. Cash and credit cards accepted and there will be no advance sales for this event.
