Ivy League Names Xaivian Lee Player Of The Week

PRINCETON, N.J. – For the third-consecutive week a member of the Princeton University men's basketball team has been honored as the Ivy League Player of the Week as sophomore Xaivian Lee received the conference's top weekly honor Monday.
Lee led the Tigers to a 2-0 week which moved Princeton's record to 6-0 on the season. Princeton first defeated Old Dominion, 76-56, in Norfolk, Virginia, on Nov. 22 before returning to Jadwin Gymnasium on Nov. 25 to take down Northeastern, 80-66.
In both wins Lee averaged 24.5 points-per-game on 55.9% shooting, 5.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists.
Against ODU, Lee finished with19 points on 8-for-13 shooting, four rebounds, three assists and one steal. He followed that performance with a career-high 30 points on 11-for-21 shooting from the field, 3-for-5 shooting from three and 5-for-5 shooting from the free throw line along with six rebounds, four assists and one block.
Other Tigers to receive the Ivy League Player of the Week award include senior Matt Allocco on Nov. 19 and sophomore Caden Pierce on Nov. 12.
