Women's Track & Field Concludes Regular, Indoor Season with Strong Performances at Princeton Invitational

Final Results

Princeton, N.J. - The Tiger women competed in the Princeton invitational meet on Sunday, February 19^th, ending the weekend with some showings in Jadwin Gymnasium.

Sunday's performances were the final showings from the Tiger women before the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships begin next weekend at Dartmouth College on February 24^th and 25^th.

In the pole vault, Tessa Mudd continues to impress for the Tiger women, taking a first-place finish with a 4.15m (13-7 ¼ ft) result.

Brianna Mponzi, another strong competitor for Princeton, represented the Tigers in the 60m, finishing with a time of 7.66.

To wrap up the day, Maisha Atkinson took a first-place finish in the 400m with a 58.68 result.

The Tigers will take the upcoming week to get ready for the first day of the Heptagonal championships on February 19th, and prepare for an exciting weekend of Ivy League competition.
