
Women's Golf Team to Open Spring Season at Columbia Classic in Florida

The Duran Golf Club in Melbourne, Fla., will welcome the Princeton women's golf team for the Columbia Classic, a three-round tournament running Saturday through Monday.

Victoria Liu, Tiffany Kong, Catherine Rao, Yu Kyung Kim and Grace Ni will be the Tiger five with Caris Kim and Sophie Zhang-Murphy competing individually.
Princeton and the host Lions will be two of three Ivy teams in the 14-team field, along with Dartmouth. Albany, Boston University, Notre Dame, Old Dominion, Penn State, Richmond, Seton Hall, St. John's, Texas Tech, Tulsa and Youngstown State join the Ivy trio in the field.
Playing one round per day on a 6,357-yard course, the teams will have a weather-delayed 9 a.m. shotgun start Saturday, an 8 a.m. shotgun start Sunday, and an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start for Monday's final round.
The tournament is the first of four in the spring for the Tigers, who will compete again at UNC Wilmington's River Landing Classic in March.
