Women’s Track and Field set for BU David Hemery Valentine and Giegengack Invitational

Princeton, N.J. - Following an impressive showing from Tessa Mudd in New Mexico and more Tiger women at the Armory last weekend, the Princeton women will be splitting up again for two meets this upcoming weekend in Boston and Connecticut.
On Friday, February 10th, Princeton will be competing at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston, Massachusetts and on Saturday, February 11th more Tigers will represent Princeton at the 16th annual Giegengack Invitational in New Haven, Connecticut.
Last weekend, four Tiger women recorded new, top Princeton all-time performances including a new No. 1 Princeton performance from Alexandra Kelly in the Long Jump with a 6.06m leap. Lily Parris comes in at No. 4 for her 8.56 finish in the 60m hurdles, Maggie Liebich will take No. 7 with her 2:47.87 finish in the 1000m run, and Katelyn Peterson will also put her name at No. 7 within the Weight Throw following her 17.26m toss.
The upcoming weekend provides another opportunity for Princeton to put their hard work and talent on display in preparation for the upcoming Indoor Heptagonal Championships.
