Ava Houlahan Named CWPA Rookie of the Week

PRINCETON – Ava Houlahan was selected as the Collegiate Water Polo Association's (CWPA) Rookie of the Week for her performance during the Aztec Invitational.
Houlahan contributed 11 points in the Tigers' four victories, adding seven tallies and four helpers. The freshman had a goal and an assist vs. No. 22 San Diego State before contributing two helpers vs. Siena on Mar. 11. Houlahan also had two goals vs. Westcliff and two more points vs. No. 15 UC San Diego on Mar. 12.
Princeton is currently tied for No. 11 in the CWPA Poll and will finish up its Spring Break trip at the LMU Invite on Saturday vs. No. 16 LMU (12 p.m.) and No. 4 UCLA (3:30 p.m.). The Tigers have won each of their six games on this trip and 14th straight overall.
