Men's Lightweight Rowing Team Host Navy and Georgetown Saturday

PRINCETON – The No. 1 Men's Lightweight Rowing Team welcomes the No. 5 Navy Midshipmen and No. 7 Georgetown Hoyas to Lake Carnegie on Saturday (Mar. 25) to begin the 2023 spring season.
The Tigers had a wonderful fall season with the varsity eight earning second place among 15 boats, trailing only Harvard at the Head of The Charles.
Last year, the Tigers earned their fifth straight Fosburg Cup with a thrilling 0.4-second decision over Georgetown. Navy earned a 1.4-second win over Princeton to earn the Murtaugh Cup. The Tigers lead the all-time series over Navy, 10-3.
Princeton's varsity eight recorded a sixth-place finish at the IRAs last year, giving the boat a top-six finish each year since 2007.
