PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University heavyweight rowing team will row at its second and final regatta of the fall at the Princeton Chase on Nov. 3 at Lake Carnegie.
"The Chase is always a highlight of our fall season," said Head Coach Greg Hughes. "It is the one fall event where our full squad has the opportunity to race and our performance is based around a full-team effort. The team has een doing some good work over the past few weeks in preparation for the racing and I am excited to see the squad get after it!"
Other teams competing at the Princeton Chase include the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel, Wisconsin, Georgetown, Holy Cross, Columbia, Saint Joseph's, Temple, Marist, Mercyhurst and Marietta.
Princeton opened 2024-25 at the Head of the Charles in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on Oct. 20. The Tigers' A boat placed third in the 4+ while the B fours finished 12th. In the 8+, the A boat took seventh and the B boat 18th.
