NORFOLK, Va. – The Princeton Baseball Team fell to the Old Dominion Monarchs, 12-1, on Wednesday evening.
The Monarchs scored four times in the first inning and five runs in the second frame to put the contest away.
Jordan Kelly produced the only run for the Tigers with a RBI single in the fourth stanza. Matt Scannell also had a hit for the Tigers. Richard Ferrer-Westrop had four strikeouts in 3 2/3 innings of relief work in the loss.
Princeton has an off-day Thursday before taking on VCU this weekend (Mar. 15-17).
