No. 2 Women's Squash Defeats Cornell to Open Weekend, Reach 2-0 in the Ivy

Winning each of the first five matches off court, the No. 2-ranked Princeton women's squash team went on to a 7-2 win over No. 8 Cornell on Friday in the racquet center in Princeton's Meadows Neighborhood.
Hermione Cao, Emma Trauber, Sonya Sasson, Josephine Klein and Caroline Eielson had the first five wins before Cornell's Yee Xin Ying won in four over Zeina Zein at first position to get the Big Red on the board. Princeton then added wins from Liyen Teoh and Katherine Sapinski before Cornell got its second win, with Ananya Dabke winning in five over Charlotte Bell.
With the win, Princeton improves to 6-0 on the season and 2-0 in the Ivy League heading to a Sunday match in New York at SL Green StreetSquash against Columbia.
