Jovanovic Nets Ivy Weekly Honor

Dylan Jovanovic scored her first two career goals last week, and now she has her first career Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week honor.

Jovanovic, a sophomore forward, opened the scoring both times as Princeton defeated Lehigh 5-1 last Tuesday and Columbia 2-0 on Saturday.

Heading into this Saturday's regular-season finale at Brown, Jovanovic has nearly doubled her rookie-year total of games started, being part of the XI in 13 games after seven starts a year ago. Jovanovic has scored all eight of her career points this season, adding four assists earlier this fall to her two goals last week.

The goals have helped Princeton to a four-game winning streak that has turned the Tigers' season around, from being on the outside of the Ivy League Tournament looking in to being one win away from a second consecutive Ivy League title and hosting the Ivy tournament.
