PRINCETON – Princeton Women's Basketball has a busy 72 hours as it takes on George Mason and Temple.
The Tigers head to Fairfax, Virginia to take on the George Mason Patriots on Saturday (1 p.m.) before welcoming the Temple Owls to Jadwin Gym for Education Day on Monday (11:30 a.m.)
•Princeton is No. 25 in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll, the organization announced.
•It's the first time the Tigers are ranked since February 19th, 2025. This is the 15th time that Princeton has been ranked during the Carla Berube era while the program had been ranked just 18th times total before her tenure.
•Princeton is also No. 1 in the College Insider Women's Mid-Major Top 25 poll for the third straight week. When the Tigers got into the top spot, it marked the first time the program had been No. 1 since Nov. of 2023. South Dakota State had been the top squad for the previous 15 polls.
•Fadima Tall earned Ivy League and USBWA Ann Meyers Drysdale National Player of the Week selections for the second time this season following her game vs. Rutgers.
•Tall registered a career-high 28 points, going 7-of-14 from the floor, while also going 10-of-11 from the charity stripe against the Scarlet Knights. The junior also matched her personal best with five steals, adding four rebounds and three assists.
•The junior is averaging a personal-best 16.1 points on 44.7 percent shooting while knocking down over 44 percent from beyond the arc. She is also grabbing 7.7 rebounds and dishing out 2.3 assists per contest.
•Madison St. Rose leads the Tigers in scoring at 16.5 points, while averaging 5.9 rebounds per game. The senior captain has three 20+ point games along with two double-doubles.
•St. Rose is 45 points shy of 1,000 in her career. She has been named to the Wooden Watch List and Becky Hammon Mid-Major Player of the Year Watch List.
•The Tigers have four others averaging double figures in scoring in Tall (16.1), Skye Belker (13.4), Ashley Chea (11.4) and Olivia Hutcherson (11.0).
•Princeton is fifth in the country in highest scoring starting five according to HerHoopStats.com (68.4), trailing South Carolina (75.6), Oklahoma (73.0), UCLA (69.7) and Notre Dame (69.0).
•Princeton is shooting 44.3 percent this season while also shooting 35.5 percent from deep. Belker (48.6 percent overall and 42.9 percent from three), Tall (44.2 percent from three), Hutcherson (52.3 percent overall) and St. Rose (47.0 percent overall) are all shooting career highs.
•Over the last six games, Belker is averaging 14.9 points per game on 54.4 percent shooting (37-68) while shooting 50.0 percent from deep (15-30). She has also hit all 15 free throws during this stretch.
•Chea is averaging 13.6 points while shooting 39.2 percent from the three-point line on 7.2 attempts per game along with 4.0 assists and 3.0 rebounds during the same timeframe.
•In the four games before, the junior was only averaging 7.5 points, 2.8 assists and 2.3 rebounds per contest.
•Princeton has a net ranking of 34, the highest mark by a non-power four conference and Big East team.
•The Tigers have a quad one victory at Villanova and a quad two win on the road at Rhode Island.
