PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University women's lightweight rowing team retained the Class of 2015 Trophy against Stanford Saturday morning at Lake Carnegie. Despite unfavorable conditions that included rain and high winds, the Tigers swept all three races against the Cardinal.
"Another spring day with very challenging conditions," said Head Coach Paul Rassam. "I'm proud of the way our athletes are racing in this weather. They put a lot of work into their preparations. Thank you to the officials and volunteers for braving the events on our behalf."
Victory number three of the day took place in the 2x, where Princeton (9:54.6) finished 0:33.9 in front of Stanford (10:28.5).

Princeton's 8+ finished 0:14.0 ahead of the Cardinal, crossing the finish line in 7:27.8 ahead of Stanford's 7:41.8.Trophy retained! ??

The 4+ saw Princeton's A boat (8:34.3) earn the win over the Cardinal (8:56.1), while the Tigers' B boat finished with a time of 9:21.5.Starting on a high note.
