Baseball Drops Game To Seton Hall

The Tigers were able to get three runs across in the top of the first, but ultimately fell to the Pirates by a score of 13-3 after seven innings.
Three straight walks loaded the bases for Princeton to start off the game. Jake Kernodle then reached on a fielding error to put up the first run of the contest. Nick Shenfelt was hit by the pitch to plate another. Isaac Lamson then knocked a two-out base hit for the freshman's first career RBI.
The Pirates responded with a home run in the bottom of the frame to tie things up at 3-3 before scoring 10 unanswered runs throughout the contest.
Princeton will head to Philadelphia to take on the Penn Quakers in an Ivy League matchup with the series beginning with a Friday doubleheader with first pitch set for 11:30 AM.
